SHIPPING & HANDLING
At CARBONHAUS, we generally process all orders within a 2-5 business day timeframe. Please note that we cannot guarantee a specific delivery date for items that are out of stock or backordered. While we will make every effort to assist in expediting any delayed orders, we cannot be held accountable for any tardiness resulting from the operations of our chosen courier service.
Should the 'Purchaser' require special shipping arrangements, we kindly request you to notify us in advance. Please be informed that we cannot accommodate delivery addresses listed as PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers, or Military Bases. Any shipments that are either refused or undeliverable are subject to additional shipping costs and/or a restocking fee of 20%.
We kindly ask that you allow between 2-5 business days for order processing and for the tracking number to be updated on our website for in-house orders. For custom-bespoke carbon fiber and various other products (such as steering wheels, hood and trunk replacements, grilles, diffusers, front lips, side skirts, exhaust tips, specific spoilers, and mirror caps), which are made to order, an extended processing period of 1-3 weeks is required. This is in addition to a shipping time of 1-3 weeks.
For items that are currently out of stock, the processing time extends to a period of 2-4 weeks. We highly recommend reaching out to us prior to placing your order to inquire about specific product availability and anticipated shipping timelines. We appreciate your understanding and patience in this regard.
GENIX Performance relies on a third-party courier service, which may necessitate a signature upon delivery. In the event of an incorrect item being delivered, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt.
Each package dispatched from our facilities is meticulously prepared, insulated, and given a final review to ensure accuracy and quality control. If you receive a package that appears to be damaged, we advise you to inspect it in the presence of the delivery agent before providing a signature. All damage claims will be lodged with the relevant carrier, and CARBONHAUS will dispatch replacement item(s) once the claim has been fully processed and reimbursed. In instances where a replacement is not available, CARBONHAUS will offer either an exchange for an alternative item or a refund for the original item(s).

REFUND
At CARBONHAUS, we are deeply committed to delivering superior quality products and stand by our offerings. Should you encounter any issues with our products, we provide a comprehensive refund policy for items found to be faulty. All packages dispatched from our facilities are insured up to $100, safeguarding against any potential damages that may occur during transit. Below is a succinct overview of our Return Policy:
- Should you receive a defective or incorrect item, kindly contact our Customer Service team within seven days of receipt.
- In processing any complaints, we require supporting evidence to determine whether a refund is warranted
- We honor requests for refunds or exchanges made within 30 days of purchase, provided that the item is returned in its original packaging and is in an unopened, unused, and resalable condition. Please note that return shipping costs will be borne by the buyer.
- Unless the product is faulty, all refunds will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. If a product is determined to be faulty and the issue is not attributable to the customer, CARBONHAUS's policy is to offer a refund of the original purchase price or exchange the product, at the discretion of the customer.
- We take great care to package our products robustly, ensuring they can withstand any rough handling that might occur during transit.
- Please note that refunds will not cover any shipping and handling fees. The buyer will also be responsible for the return shipping charges.
- Returns of non-defective items will not include shipping fees.
- Items purchased during promotional sales periods are not eligible for refund.
- Deposits made for pre-ordered items are non-refundable. Cancellation of a pre-order will attract a 20% fee if the item was paid for in full.
- In cases of change of mind returns, we accommodate exchanges only, provided the return is made within 30 days of purchase. All exchanged items must be in brand new condition, unopened, and in their original packaging. Returns will not be accepted if the item has been opened or if any included hardware is missing.
